Lawyer Owusu Juanah appointed leader of FOB-08 (Friends of Bawumia)

Ghanaian lawyer Owusu Juanah has been appointed as the new leader of FOB-08 Friends of Bawumia, a group formed in 2008 to support Mahamudu Bawumia.

The group, popularly known as FOB-08, has been active in mobilizing support for Bawumia and advocating for his political initiatives over the years. In his new role, Owusu Juanah is expected to strengthen the organization’s outreach and coordinate activities aimed at engaging supporters nationwide.

Commenting on his appointment, Juanah expressed commitment to the group’s objectives, emphasizing unity and strategic advocacy as key priorities. “I am honored to lead FOB-08 and look forward to building on its legacy while ensuring our support for former Vice President Bawumia remains strong and effective,” he stated.

FOB-08’s formation in 2008 marked the beginning of organized grassroots support for Bawumia, and under Juanah’s leadership, the group aims to enhance its visibility and impact ahead of upcoming political events.
