2026 SONA: Not even 0.1 of what Mahama said reflects the true state of the nation – Hon. Elvis Mensah Dapaah
The Member of Parliament for Ahafo Ano South West, Hon. Elvis Mensah Dapaah, has strongly criticized President John Dramani Mahama’s remarks on the state of the country, describing them as inaccurate and misleading.
Speaking on Kessben FM during with host Wofa Kofi Appiah, the MP stated that the claims made by the former president about the condition of the nation do not reflect reality.
According to Hon. Mensah Dapaah, “Not even 0.1 of what Mahama said represents the true state of the nation,” insisting that many of the issues highlighted were exaggerated for political purposes.
He argued that while the country faces challenges, several efforts and policies implemented by the current administration are making significant progress in stabilizing the economy and improving livelihoods.
The Ahafo Ano South West legislator urged Ghanaians to critically examine political statements and focus on verified facts about the country’s development.
