Ghanaian media personality Fante Quoo has urged business owners to prioritise customer service, stressing that attention remains one of the most valuable assets any enterprise can offer.

Speaking on his show on Kessben FM, Fante Quoo criticised shop attendants and entrepreneurs who spend time on their mobile phones while customers wait to be served. “One of the greatest gifts you can give to your customers is the gift of attention,” he stated during the broadcast.

According to him, many businesses are losing loyal clients not because of high prices or poor products, but due to neglect and lack of engagement. He noted that customers who walk into a shop or office expect to feel welcomed and valued, not ignored while attendants scroll through social media or take personal calls.

Fante Quoo emphasised that strong customer relationships are key to repeat business and long-term growth. He encouraged business owners to train staff to be attentive, responsive, and courteous at all times.
