Dr. Stephen Amoah commends NDC’s Ghana Accelerated National Reserve Accumulation Programme (GHANRAP) Initiative
Dr. Stephen Amoah, Member of Parliament for Nyhieso on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has commended the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the Ghana Accelerated National Reserve Accumulation Programme (GHANRAP).
Speaking in an interview on Kessben FM with host Wofa Kofi Appiah, Dr. Amoah described the initiative as a positive step toward strengthening the country’s economic foundation.
Although he noted that he is yet to study the full policy document, the lawmaker said the concept of building strong national reserves is laudable and beneficial for long-term economic stability.
“I have not read the full document yet, but any initiative aimed at strengthening our reserves and building a stronger economy is a good idea,” he stated.
Dr. Amoah emphasized the importance of bipartisan support for policies that promote fiscal discipline and economic resilience, stressing that national development should transcend party lines.
