Adum Kejetia Blue Light traders declare support for Bawumia ahead of NPP primaries on Saturday, saying it’s either Bawumia or the NDC remains in power
Some traders operating around the Adum Kejetia Blue Light area in Kumasi have declared their full support for former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearership race.
The traders speaking in a Kessben TV vox pop said that the choice before the NPP is clear, stressing that it should be either Dr. Bawumia leads the party or the NDC continues in power.
They expressed strong confidence in Dr. Bawumia’s leadership, citing his economic knowledge, digitalization drive, and understanding of issues affecting traders and small businesses.
The traders also used the opportunity to appeal directly to NPP delegates, urging them to vote massively for Dr. Bawumia in the party’s primaries scheduled for Saturday.
They believe his candidacy gives the NPP the best chance of grabbing power back in the 2028 general elections.
