Some SHS female students have been using the interschool football competition as an advantage to visit their boyfriends & sleep with them – Fante Quoo urges apt supervision
Host of Kessben Drive, Fante Quoo, has raised concerns about student discipline during interschool football competitions, alleging that some female students in senior high schools are taking advantage of such events to visit their boyfriends and engage in inappropriate behavior.
Speaking on his show, Kessben Drive on Thursday, Fante Quoo stressed that, these activities defeat the purpose of the competitions, which are meant to promote sportsmanship, unity, and talent development among students. He warned that a lack of proper supervision exposes students to moral and safety risks.
He therefore called on the Ghana Education Service (GES), school authorities, and event organizers to be more vigilant and proactive in monitoring students during such outings.
He emphasized the need for stricter supervision and clear guidelines to ensure that interschool activities remain safe, disciplined, and focused on their intended educational and sporting objectives.
