AfDB President Dr Sidi Ould Tah to Deliver Keynote at Africa Prosperity Dialogues 2026
The Africa Prosperity Network (APN) announces that Dr Sidi Ould Tah, President of the African Development Bank Group (AfDB), will deliver a keynote address at the Africa Prosperity Dialogues (APD) 2026. The event takes place at the Accra International Conference Centre from February 4-6, 2026, under the patronage of HE President John Dramani Mahama.
Dr Ould Tah, who assumed office in September 2025, has demonstrated dynamic leadership, securing an historic $11 billion replenishment for the African Development Fund (ADF), the largest in its 53-year history. He will address the theme “Empowering SMEs, Women and Youth for Africa’s Single Market” and share his vision for enhancing AfDB’s support for Africa’s private sector.
The APD 2026 aims to mobilize support for implementing African Union protocols and treaties, boosting intra-African trade and economic integration. Stakeholders, governments, businesses, and development institutions are invited to join.
