One of my biggest lessons is learning that social media wasn’t for the devil, It’s really helping me now – Gospel Musician, Piesie Esther

Renowned gospel musician Piesie Esther has opened up about a major turning point in her music and ministry, revealing that she once believed social media was a tool of the devil. According to her, overcoming that perception has been one of the most impactful lessons of her career.
Speaking on Kessben TV with Mr. Bonez, Piesie Esther explained that her initial reluctance to use digital platforms stemmed from misconceptions within sections of the Christian community. However, as she gradually embraced social media, she realized its immense potential for evangelism and music promotion.
“One of my biggest lessons is learning that social media wasn’t for the devil,” she said. “Since I understood its purpose and power, it has really helped my music career and given me a bigger platform to preach the gospel.”
Piesie Esther noted that social media has enabled her to reach audiences far beyond Ghana’s borders, spread inspirational messages, and connect with young people who consume most of their content online.
She encouraged fellow gospel artistes and Christians not to shy away from digital platforms, emphasizing that tools used positively can advance the work of God.
