You may be right in times of anger, but the way you speak & act must be managed, There are laws in the Country – Rev Vincent Kankam
Reverend Vincent Kankam has advised Ghanaians to exercise restraint in speech and behavior, especially during moments of anger, reminding them that the country operates under the rule of law.
Speaking on his show on Kessben FM about the subject “Managing your anger” Rev. Kankam noted that while people may sometimes feel justified in their emotions or opinions, how they express themselves can make the difference between peace and conflict.
“You may be right in times of anger, but the way you speak and act must be managed. There are laws in the country,” he cautioned.
He explained that uncontrolled anger often leads to regrettable actions that can have legal or social consequences. According to him, learning to manage emotions is part of responsible citizenship and moral maturity.
Rev. Kankam urged the public, especially the youth, to choose dialogue and patience over confrontation, emphasizing that respect for law and order is key to maintaining peace and unity in society.
