Awieye Ne Asem: Better is the end of all matters – Rev Vincent Kankam urges youth to strive for better ending

Reverend Vincent Kankam has encouraged Ghanaians to focus on finishing their life’s journey well, reminding them that the true measure of success lies not in how things begin, but in how they end.

Speaking on Kessben FM’s Food For Thought inspirational programme, “Better Is the End of All Matters,” the reverend delivered a heartfelt message on perseverance, purpose, and faith.

According to Rev. Kankam, life is full of challenges and unexpected turns, but believers must never lose sight of the promise that every ending can be better than the beginning when guided by faith and integrity. “Many people become discouraged by their current struggles or past mistakes,” he said, “but God looks at how we finish, not just how we start. A rough beginning can still lead to a glorious ending.”

He emphasized that personal growth, resilience, and faithfulness are key to achieving a fulfilling and honorable conclusion to one’s story. Rev. Kankam urged listeners to remain steadfast in doing good, trusting that patience and persistence yield lasting results.

His message, drawn from Ecclesiastes 7:8, served as a reminder that in a world obsessed with quick success, endurance and character are what ultimately define greatness. Rev. Kankam concluded by challenging listeners to focus on building a meaningful legacy, one that reflects perseverance, hope, and divine purpose.
