I introduced bread with groundnut paste in Ghana, Now that industry is booming – Gospel musician, Broda Sammy reveals

Kumasi‑based gospel musician Broda Sammy has once again set tongues wagging after revealing in a radio interview that he believes he pioneered the now‑common practice of eating bread with groundnut paste in Ghana.
Speaking on the Drive Show on Kessben FM with Fante Quoo, Broda Sammy said that originally, people used margarine on bread, but that he had a vision from God directing him to come up with groundnut paste as an alternative to margarine.
He claims this idea boosted his small bread business during difficult times.
According to him, after he started applying groundnut paste to bread, demand for his bread improved and others eventually copied the idea.
He claims that following this instruction, his bread business improved significantly. What he introduced became popular with customers in his area.
