Double-Track System cannot be abolished by NDC – Nana Adjei Perez

The Ashanti Regional Communication Team Member of NPP, Nana Adjei Perez has stated that the NDC can not abolish the Double-track System.
Nana Adjei Perez, speaking on Kessben TV noted that, in 2007 to 2008, the New Patriotic Party as part of their campaign made mention of free SHS for the Ghanaian people. He made reference to 2012 were NDC campaigned against Nana-Addo that, he cannot implement free SHS, it is political talk”.
Nana Adjei said that in 2016, when Npp came to power, one of the things that Nana-Addo championed and was very important to him was free SHS”.
Nana Adjei continued that, when the NPP started free SHS, enrollment was high and money became a hindrance for Ghanaian people who wanted to go to school.”
He stressed that accommodation became a challenge for free senior high school”.
He emphasized that the double-track was brought because accommodation had become a challenge.
He said that Nana-Addo together with Dr. Bawumia, started building infrastructures for all senior high schools running free SHS”.
Nana Adjei raised that the NPP built several infrastructures to expand the schools and remove the double-track system”.
