Bolt Hosts Car Wash and Health Screening Day to Celebrate Driver Community in Ghana

Bolt, Ghana’s leading ride-hailing platform, reaffirmed its commitment to driver well-being with an appreciation event featuring free car washes and health screenings for drivers on the platform.
Held in partnership with Fido and Brolly, the event drew dozens of drivers who took advantage of the complimentary services designed to promote health, wellness, and vehicle care. Drivers were treated to thorough car wash services and health check-ups, helping them stay safe and refreshed both on and off the road.
“We’re proud to champion the people who keep Ghana moving. This initiative was not just about clean cars, but about showing real care for our driver community,” said Sandra Suzanne Buyole, Regional PR Manager, Bolt Africa. “Seeing so many drivers turn up to engage in the health screenings and enjoy the pampering was a true reflection of the trust we’ve built. It was a rewarding day for all.”
Fido and Brolly not only joined this event on ground, but also went above and beyond to engage with drivers. This initiative is part of Bolt’s ongoing efforts to invest in the welfare of its driver-partners across Ghana. From in-app safety features to on-the-ground support, Bolt remains dedicated to improving the lives of those behind the wheel.
