Prince Owusu Bonah commended for settling medical bills and donating essential Items
Staff of the Obuasi SDA Hospital have commended Mr. Prince Owusu Bonah, a philanthropist, politician, and CEO of Success Links Consult, for his generous support towards postnatal mothers and pregnant women at the facility.
Through his charity organization, the POB Foundation, Mr. Owusu Bonah and his team settled hospital bills for seven postnatal mothers and additional pregnant women who were struggling to pay their medical expenses.
He also donated essential hospital items, including soaps, Dettol, toilet rolls, detergents,etc.
In an interview, Mr. Owusu Bonah explained that the aim of his foundation is to bring smiles to the faces of those in need, especially people requiring urgent assistance.
“It is our mission to support the vulnerable in society and ease their burdens,” he said.
Madam Patricia Ankomah, the Senior Midwifery Officer at the SDA Hospital, expressed her heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Owusu Bonah for his timely intervention and life-changing gesture.
She also used the opportunity to appeal to the government for an expansion of the hospital’s facilities, citing the increasing number of patients and the urgent need for more wards.
