Retired police officer arrested after being caught conducting stop-and-search on the road

After being seen carrying out an illegal stop-and-search, former police officer Linus Monday was taken into custody.

Linus is shown in an incident photo wearing a police uniform and holding an ID card with the number 6257 on it.

According to reports, the retired officer has since been arrested at a national police division.
