I Feel Like a Disappointment – Woman Cries out After 7 Years in Asia Without Achievements
After seven years overseas with no notable accomplishments, a lady named Becky has spoken out about her feelings of guilt as she contemplates going back to Nigeria.
Becky voiced her profound dissatisfaction with herself, stating that she felt like a failure to her mother, her late father, and herself. She acknowledged that if she returns home, she has no idea how to start reconstructing her life.
She talked about her difficulties, such as her unsuccessful application for a work visa that left her trapped and unsure of what to do next.
“Life abroad isn’t what people think it is,” Becky tearfully explained. “We watch Nollywood movies and believe that within a year of going abroad, people become successful and rich, but that’s not the reality. Life abroad is very hard for some of us.”
