I felt ‘dead’ – Otto Addo on 2025 AFCONQ Defeat To Sudan
After Ghana’s lost to Sudan in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, coach Otto Addo remarked he felt “dead.”
Tuesday’s 2-0 loss to the Falcons of Jedaine at the Benina Martyrs Stadium in Benghazi, Libya dealt a serious setback to the Black Stars’ hopes of qualifying.
With two points from the loss, Otto Addo’s team is now third in Group F. Ghana’s losing streak now stands at four games.
“To be honest, the last two days [After Sudan match], I was dead,” Addo said in an interview with GFA media.
“But now, I got a lot of positive feedback and a lot of support from family, friends and this is the time I need them.
“And this brought me back on track and very important for us to think ahead to try as much as possible to win the last games.” he said.
