Stonebwoy featuring Screw Face on Jerejere Remix wouldn’t make business sense – MC Portfolio
MC Portfolio has reacted to requests for Stonebwoy to feature Screw Face on the remix of his popular song “Jejereje.”
Following the release of “Jejereje,” some music fans suggested that Stonebwoy collaborate with Screw Face, a Ghanaian hip-life artist.
According many music lovers, Screw Face is well-known for the same kind of music, he would be the ideal choice for a remix.
But Stonebwoy’s ardent fan Portfolio doesn’t agree with them.
Speaking with Mr. Bonez on Kessben TV’s “Music Plus, MC Portfolio contended that it will not be economically viable for Stonebwoy to collaborate with Screw Face on the song’s remix.
He questioned whether featuring Screw Face would have any commercial value or appeal on a global scale.
Although Screw Face is an excellent artistic fit for a feature on the remix, Portfolio acknowledged that the inclusion won’t have any commercial effects.
He believes that if they were included on the remix, Ivory Coast’s Freddy Meiway and Nigerian vocalist Flavour N’abania would have a greater effect and bring “Jejereje” more recognition abroad.
