Hon. Duker Submits Nomination for Tarkwa-Nsuaem NPP Parliamentary Seat
Deputy Lands Minister, Hon. Duker, the incumbent Member of Parliament for Tarkwa-Nsuaem, has officially filed his nomination to contest the 2024 parliamentary elections on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
On September 9, 2024, Hon. Duker presented his nomination forms at the District Electoral Commission (EC) premises in Tarkwa, marking a crucial step towards his re-election bid.
Addressing the EC, Hon. Duker emphasized the need for a free and fair electoral process, urging the commission to ensure transparency and credibility in the upcoming elections.
With the support of his party faithful and constituents, Hon. Duker expressed confidence in securing a third term in Parliament and pledged to work towards delivering a minimum of 70% popular votes for the NPP in Tarkwa-Nsuaem.
He also expressed his commitment to supporting Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s presidential bid, believing it would propel Tarkwa-Nsuaem and Ghana towards massive development.
Hon. Duker’s campaign promises to focus on development-oriented leadership, servant leadership, and breaking the eight-year cycle of political power alternation in Ghana.
