70% of our players are not Hearts of Oak materials – Abass
National Deputy organizer of the Accra Hearts of Oak’s National Chapters Committee widely known as Abass has described most of the current players at Hearts of Oak as substandard.
The Outspoken Hearts Oak Supporter speaking on Kessben FM following their loss to Accra Lions reiterated that the major problem in their team is that the materials available are not fit for the standards at Hearts of Oak.
Abass pointed out that 70 of the starters at Hearts of Oak are not players who are not up to Hearts of Oak standard, a reason why the performance of the team has taken a nose dive.
According to Abass, the newly appointed head coach of the club, Abubakar Outarra is not really the problem as he does not have the requisite materials to get the results with the current materials at his disposal.
After matchday 28 of the 2023-24 Ghana premier, the Phobians sit at 12th position on the Premier League Table.
