Public Speaking Should Added to Our Educational Curriculum – Madam Rosemary Osei Kufuor
The founder of Young Public Speaker Madam Rosemary Osei Kufuor has called on the government to create a public speaker training to school curriculum to help build children’s public speaking.
Speaking with Kessben News during the grand finale of the young public speaker’s program that is aimed at training children on how to confidently speak in public with no shyness, she stated that young public speaker is open to children from the ages of 6 to 16 years.
According to her, 10 confident speakers amongst the contestants will be sent to Nairobi and Dubai to contest with other children.
She noted that the training is for 13 weeks, which gives the children exposure.
She, therefore, advised parents to be involved in programs of such caliber to help boost their children’s confidence.
The head of Seed of Faith Montessori school Rev. Paa Kwasi Richardson also disclosed that children have hidden talents within them that need to be exposed to the world.
According to him, the young public speaker is there to help children as such to make use of their talents and also their studies.
He also concluded that parents should embrace this program and support their children
