Kennedy Osei Nyarko Commends Bawumia On His 50 Ministers Proposal
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Akim Swedru, Hon Kennedy Osei Nyarko has lauded the New Patriotic Party’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for his decision not to have more than 50 Ministers and Deputy Ministers if he is elected as President.
According to Hon Kennedy Osei Nyarko, appointing only 50 Ministers and Deputies is the best decision to help in developing Ghana going forward.
He reiterated that someone who wants to run for president, the person is required to articulate his vision to gain the support and endorsement of the citizens.

“Appointing only 50 Ministers and Deputies practically means his administration will be running the country with only 34 sector Ministers and Deputies plus 16 Regional Ministers.
That’s exactly what we need as a country going into the future,”Hon Kennedy Osei Nyarko wrote on his official Facebook wall.
The New Patriotic Party’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has promised to keep the total number of Ministers and Deputy Ministers under 50 during his administration.
Dr. Bawumia emphasized the significance of an effective governance structure and pointed out that a reduced number of ministers will facilitate a more efficient decision-making process.
“I would have no more than 50 ministers and deputy ministers,” he pledged.
