Ghanaian musician, Guru has stressed that one of the easiest things to do is filling the popular o2 Arena in London, UK.
Guru reckons that selling out a show at the event center as a musician is no big deal provided the money is there to execute the necessary agenda.
Guru speaking with Mr Bonez on Kessben TV emphatically stated that with good financial backing and with the correct strategy, Ghanaian musicians can host events at the o2 arena and get the place filled to full capacity.
After Nigerian musician Asake sold out a concert at the famed O2 Arena in London in August 2023, the debate regarding whether a Ghanaian musician can fill the legendary arena was revived.
Guru stressed it is not only about making quality songs but the push of the songs and all the underlying strategies coming into effect which has to do with money.
He asserted that with having the financial muscle to back Ghanaian projects, it will be easy for Ghanaian musicians to pull off sold-out concerts at the 02 Arena.
“Let me tell you, one of the easiest things to do is fill the 02 arena. With cash, and having the money to back the projects, It is easy to fill the o2 arena. The 02 arena is just 20,000. It needs money, have a scheme, gets an agenda, and have all the stakeholders in that” Guru said.
