Ghanaian rapper, Oseikrom Sikanii has reiterated that his popular hit track “Yagye Sika” is not just a party song but a song written to inspire the youth to work hard.
According to the sensational rapper, the hit track since it was released in 2020 has been a major inspirational song to the Ghanaian youth.
Speaking on Kessben TV’s Around Town with Koo Fante, Oseikrom Sikanii stressed that despite having motivational tracks like Yagye Sika and other songs to inspire the youth, he will recommend Gospel musician, McAbraham for people who want advice.
“If you want to be like me fine but you should have a similar background to want to be like me. If there is also something good in me you can learn.
I’m doing what I’m doing. If you want anything advisable, listen to McAbraham. For him, he will advise you.
The type of music we do also educates, motivates, and others. Yagye Sika is for example a motivational song.
I went to Dunkwao and the miners told me that the Yagye sika has been a major inspirational song for them. They said the song always inspires them to work hard” He said.
