1D1F Inspired Me To Write My Book – A.K Grant
The author of a newly launched book titled “Obrenya,” Alexander Kwaku Grant, have indicated that he drew inspiration for his novel from the 1District 1Factory policy instituted by Nana Akufo-Addo’s government.
Mr Alexander Grant, a strong supporter of the NPP, saw the policy as a positive initiative and took the opportunity to write about it.
He highlighted that certain actions by public sector workers and individuals in their workplaces have led to the downfall of many companies. He stated that his book “Obrenya” addresses issues of misappropriation and corruption in companies and offers solutions to combat these challenges.
Mr Grant clarified that he doesn’t view the 1D1F policy as a failure, instead, he believes that it’s the corrupt individuals who are responsible for any shortcomings, not the government as a whole.
The Vice Chairperson of the
Christian Council, and the chairperson for the launch, Bishop K. Lawson Adjei, urged the Ministry of Education to embrace the newly launched book titled “Obrenya.”
He also suggested that “Obrenya” should be televised nationally to share its valuable insights with the world.
Bishop Adjei emphasized the importance of revisiting the values taught by our God-fearing parents and highlights that instilling the fear of God can lead to greater consciousness in people’s actions.
Lastly, he encouraged the media and the public to support and engage with the book “Obrenya” as it provides a realistic perspective on life.
