Popular TikToker Kakai Shatta busted for pretending to be disabled?
According to reports, authorities have detained well-known TikToker Kakai Shatta on suspicion of scamming people by pretending to be disabled.
Content that depicted Kakai Shatta as disabled contributed to his rise to stardom on TikTok.
His admission that he was not incapacitated in any manner resulted in a storm of controversy and retaliation against him.
Kakai Shatta asserted that he had created the appearance of being disabled in order to appeal to people’s empathy for those with disabilities in an effort to defend his acts.
Kakai Shatta is depicted in police detention in an image that is making the rounds online.
The news of Kakai Shatta’s detention was further spread through a tweet sent out by Sika Official.
The tweet had the following caption:
“A popular TikToker, known as Kakai Shatta, has reportedly been arrested by the police for defrauding people by pretending to be a disabled individual. Kakai Shatta was once hosted by Onua TV where he admitted that he was capable of walking and proved it. However, he wanted Ghanaians to sympathize with the disabled, hence his decision to act like one.”
