Kotoko clear 2 months’ salary arrears of Algerian Video Analyst & part ways with him – Details

Kumasi Asante Kotoko have parted ways with their video analyst  Boudjabi Nazim Mohammed Islam, Kessben Sports has gathered.

This follows after the Kumasi-based club cleared two months of three months of outstanding salary arrears of the Algerian.

Nazim had not been actively working for the club since a brawl with a police officer in Dormaa months ago when Aduana hosted Kotoko in the BetPawa premier league.

The local media alleged that the Algerian slapped the police officer during the matchday after a misunderstanding off the pitch.

Since then, the Video analyst had not been actively up to his task, especially following the sacking of coach Seydou Zerbo.

Our checks revealed that the Algerian was only in Ghana for the past few weeks awaiting his salary to be cleared before leaving.

According to deep-throat sources within the club, 2 months of arrears of Nazim were cleared over the weekend. The source added that Nazim has since left Ghana for Algeria.

Kotoko appointed the Algerian in September 2022, a month after Coach Seydou Zerbo was appointed as the head coach of the club.
