Diana Asamoah, a celebrated Ghanaian Gospel musician, has stated that many Ghanaians simply look at things on the surface when it comes to her recent wardrobe changes.
With her recent changes in appearance, the experienced vocalist has been dubbed the slay queen of the Gospel music industry in recent years.
The Gospel musician speaking with Mr. BoneZ on Kessben TV’s expounded that she has only grown as a child with respect to her looks years back.
“Yes, I have heard that song. People just look at things on the surface. If you read Samuel 16…Samuel visited Saul in the bush and God told him that don’t look at what the people are looking at and saying. God looks at the heart.
It is between you and God. If you are left alone that’s where we know the true you. That’s why Paul said not only when I’m with you but when I leave you still have to fear God and live good for your salvation. This life we live is about you and God.
Maybe I can see Mr. BoneZ and people will say oh he’s a bad person don’t get close to him and for all you know this person does not even know you. The Judgement is with the Lord.
That’s why he said let all grow together and when the time of harvesting is up, we shall see.
I have explained that those days I was a child. Paul said when I was a child, I acted like a child, did everything like a child but now I’m grown up.
Can you still wear the dress you wore as child? Why have you stopped wearing those shirts now? It means you have grown and you can’t still wear those. That’s how it is in Christianity” She said.
