We need a generational leader – ING Kwabena Agyapong
The former press Secretary for NPP and an aspiring flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, has said the party currently needs a new generational leader to chart a path for the growth of the NPP.
According to him, the foundation of politics is based on three things “the triple S, service, sacrifice, and selflessness but most politicians lack them in the country. In an interview with Kwame Appiah Kubi “Mr. Speaker, he said “it is time for a new generation leader, a leader who will create a new dawn, a new understanding of what public service means and what party politics should deliver for Ghanaians.”
He stated that he wants to sacrifice himself to advocate a new orientation to recalibrate the values to reignite the confidentiality in people. He added that politicians need to live exemplary life to inspire the people to know that there is fulfillment in serving the country.
Ing Kwabena Agyei Agyepong mentioned that, however, we find ourselves, it is better than a military dictatorship, so the youth should not create war due to the financial difficulties faced in the country.
He noted that he wants to be an advocate for those who will speak for the interest of Ghana in the corridors of power.
