After 45 years in marriage, sex still keeps the fire of our relationship going – Rev Mrs. Yankah
Minister and Counselor at the Abba’s House Chapel in Kumasi, Rev. Mrs. Pricilla Yankah has intimated sex in marriage regardless of the longevity keeps it going.
Telling her own story on their 45th anniversary on Ultimate Fm monitored by Mynewsgh, the woman of God urged couples not to shy away from intimacy, which includes love making, kissing as it has kept the fire going in her marriage 45 years and counting.
The counselor, who is also a senior lecturer at the Christ Apostolic University College and Calvary Bible College, noted that couples should not take granted the needs of each other that included intimacy that had its own special place in marriages.
“People sometimes neglect the needs of their partner, but that is very wrong. In relationship never think of yourself, don’t be selfish always look out for your partner and that will bring you joy. Sex is important when you are married; don’t neglect it in the background. I am 45 years in marriage with Rev Yankah, our sex life keeps the fire in the relationship. After all these years, the passion with love making is different”, she disclosed.
Corroborating her wife’s position, Head Pastor Abba’s House Chapel, Rev. Apostle Benjamin Yankah noted that love making at a certain age is an expression beyond love.
“At this stage of our life, love making goes beyond affection, it connects the two of us to another level in a special way. This act was ordained by God for man if only you are married”.
“For our marriage to succeed all these years also took understanding, truthfulness, passion, planning and hard work”. He noted.
