Sheikh Anas pays courtesy call on US Mayor and Bissa Chief of New Jersey
Renowned Islamic Cleric Sheikh Anas Tawfiq Ibrahim Bakri has paid a courtesy call on the Mayor of East Orange amid his “Daawa” tour of the United States.
The visit to the Mayor Ted Green was made possible by the Bissa Chief of New Jersey Chireh Alhaji Ibrahim Adams, who hosted the shaikh in his tour of the city.

Chireh Alhaji Ibrahim Adams, who doubles as the Bissa Chief of Awrokrom in the Mankranso district, received Sheikh Anas Tawfiq Ibrahim Bakri in his Palace in East Orange New Jersey.
He later took Sheikh to the City Hall to meet Mayor Ted Green of East Orange, who honored the passionate Islamic preacher.
Among the dignitaries that made it to Mayor Ted Greens office was Lawyer Hamza of the Alaaka Masjid in Newark, New Jersey.
From the City hall Chireh Alhaji Ibrahim Adams led Sheikh Anas to meet Sheikh Daud Haq the Chief Imam of NIA Masjid in Newark NJ, who gave him a tour of the beautiful Masque.

Shaikh Anas, the presiding Imam of the Darul Hadith Mosque in Kumasi, is on a month tour of the United States.
He is expected back in Ghana later in the month.
