Mass burial for dead victims of Apeatse explosion held (Video)

A mass burial has been held for 8 people who lost their lives following a dynamite explosion in Apeaste on 20th January 2022.

The explosion that occurred in Appeatse near Bogoso in the Prestea-Huni-Valley Municipality of the Western Region, claimed 13 lives leaving 59 others severely.

Among those who lost their lives was a 15-month-old baby who was closer to the incident.

Some of those who had lost their lives have been already laid to rest with the remaining buried toady 11th March 2022.

Amongst those who were buried in the mass burial was the 15-month-old baby.
