We are on course for a successful national delegates conference – Sam Pyne
The mayor of Kumasi, Samuel Pyne has assured a successful NPP national delegates conference stating all necessary arrangements have been put in place ahead of the event at the Baba Yara sports stadium in Kumasi.
Mr. Samuel Pyne speaking on Maakye with Mr. Speaker indicated that the planning committee of the event has prioritized security ahead of the event which is scheduled between 18th Dec to 20th Dec 2021. The NPP communication Director, Boabeng Asamoah in a recent statement cautioned members of the party to stay put.
“Prior to and during the Conference on 18th to 20th December 2021, no billboards and or signboards, banners, or any kind of outdoor signage with the images and or names of individual members, with or without the consent of the individual, shall be acceptable. This applies to the area within the Greater Kumasi Metropolis. All such displays, if put up already, should be removed.”
“Furthermore, no t-shirts, flyers, brochures, and or souvenirs, branded and or embossed with the portraits and names of individuals, shall be allowed within the precincts of the Conference, including but not limited to places of accommodation for delegates.” The statement read.
