Berekum Chelsea President Bernard Amofa Jantuah receives massive grassroots endorsement for NPP vice Chairman ahead of Ashanti NPP election

Bernard Amofa Jantua, President of Berekum Chelsea Football Club, is reportedly receiving growing support from grassroots members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as he seeks to become the party’s First Vice Chairman in the Ashanti Region.

The regional executive election is scheduled for Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the Jubilee Park in Kumasi. Four aspirants have been cleared to contest the First Vice Chairman position.

Amofa Jantua has reportedly expressed confidence in his campaign and pledged to contribute to party unity, mobilisation and grassroots development if given the mandate.
