Holding grudges only hurts you, Don’t keep issues in your mind, forgive and live long – Pastor Prince Sarpong

Pastor Prince Nana Sarpong of Emmanuel Assemblies of God Church at the Y/F Stadium in Kumasi has encouraged Ghanaians to cultivate the habit of forgiving others, saying it is essential for living a healthier and longer life.

Speaking on Kessben Drive with Fante Quoo, the clergyman advised people not to hold grudges or dwell on past hurts, stressing that resentment can have negative effects on one’s well-being.

“Forgive people and live long. Don’t keep issues in your mind,” he said, urging listeners to let go of bitterness and embrace peace.

According to Pastor Sarpong, forgiveness promotes emotional healing, strengthens relationships, and enables individuals to live happier and more fulfilling lives. He encouraged the public to make forgiveness a daily practice, regardless of the circumstances.
