NDC is gradually winning the fight against Galamsey under the Minister of lands & natural resources, Kofi Armah Buah – Mahmoud Kabore
Mahmoud Kabore has commended the government’s efforts to combat illegal mining, popularly known as galamsey, stating that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is gradually winning the fight under the leadership of the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Kofi Armah Boah.
Speaking during an interview on Kessben TV, Kabore said the government’s policies and interventions are beginning to yield positive results in addressing illegal mining and protecting the country’s natural resources. He noted that sustained enforcement and stakeholder collaboration are essential to achieving long-term success.
Kabore expressed confidence that the ministry’s ongoing initiatives would continue to strengthen the fight against galamsey, while urging Ghanaians to support efforts aimed at safeguarding the environment for future generations.
