Ashanti Regional Deputy Secretary hopeful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lexy Abena Boahen, has expressed confidence that the party will emerge victorious in the 2028 general elections.
Speaking on Kessben FM, Ms. Boahen said the reception the NPP is receiving from supporters and grassroots members indicates a strong resurgence ahead of the next national polls.
According to her, feedback from party engagements and interactions with members across the region suggests that the NPP remains united and determined to reclaim power in 2028.
“The response on the grounds shows that the NPP will be winning the 2028 elections,” she stated during the interview.
Ms. Boahen, who is contesting for the position of Ashanti Regional Deputy Secretary, reiterated her commitment to strengthening the party’s structures, promoting unity, and supporting efforts to mobilize members at the grassroots level as preparations for the 2028 elections gather momentum.
