Anyone who fights with his/her mother for whatever reason is childish – Rev Vincent Kankam (Sofo Kankam)
Vincent Kankam has urged individuals to foster peaceful relationships with their mothers as the country prepares to mark Mother’s Day.
Speaking on his “Food For Thought” program on Kessben FM, Rev. Kankam stated that “anyone who fights with his or her mother for whatever reason is childish,” emphasizing the need for respect, patience, and understanding within families.
His remarks come as many in Ghana get ready to celebrate mothers and recognize their role in society. The reverend encouraged listeners to use the occasion as an opportunity to mend strained relationships and show appreciation to their parents.
Rev. Kankam maintained that honoring one’s mother should remain a priority, especially during the festive period.
He concluded by calling on families to embrace unity and reflection in the lead-up to the celebration.
