Police Officer, DSP Bright Acheampong, supports coconut and Indomie sellers and urges youth to shun crime

A senior police officer in the Ashanti Region has highlighted his personal efforts to steer young people away from crime by supporting their small businesses.

Speaking on Amansan Tie on Kessben FM with host Kwabena Owusu Dankwah (KOD), DSP Bright Acheampong revealed that he has been giving money to young hustlers he meets, such as coconut sellers and instant noodle vendors, to help them expand their businesses.

According to him, the initiative is aimed at encouraging hardworking youth to remain on the path of honest living rather than turning to criminal activities.

He stressed that many young people only need a small push to grow their ventures and sustain themselves.
