The energy minister, John Jinapor is not being truthful over the Dumor – Kerskine Owusu Opoku

Speaking on Kessben FM, Kerskine Owusu Opoku, a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), alleged that John Jinapor has not been truthful in his comments regarding issues surrounding “Dumor,” the persistent power outages that have historically affected the country.
