Mother’s behavior shapes Girl child’s future – Human Resource Consultant, Nana Akua warns
Human Resource Consultant, Nana Akua, has emphasized the critical role a mother’s upbringing and lifestyle play in shaping the future of a girl child.
Speaking on Kessben TV’s Mmaa Nkabi program hosted by Akua Yeboah, Nana Akua noted that children often model their behavior on what they observe at home, particularly from their mothers.
According to her, the values, discipline, and stability instilled in a mother during her own upbringing significantly influence how she raises her daughter.
She cautioned that patterns such as instability in relationships could be unconsciously passed on to the child.
Many agree that parental influence remains one of the most powerful factors in a child’s development, while others highlighted the need to consider broader social and economic influences as well.
