Ablekuma West: MP, MCE lead effort to restore traffic lights after 3-year breakdown

The Ablekuma West Municipal Assembly wishes to inform the general public that restoration works on the traffic lights along the Dansoman Highway have officially begun, following a prolonged period of inactivity spanning over three and a half years.
This critical intervention is being spearheaded by the MP and the MCE, whose leadership and commitment continue to drive infrastructure improvements across the municipality. The MCE, working closely with his technical team, is ensuring that the project is executed efficiently and within the stipulated timeframe.
The scheduled completion date of 27th April, 2026 remains firmly on course, in line with the MP and the MCE’s commitment to the good people of Ablekuma West.
This project underscores the Assembly’s broader agenda to enhance road safety, reduce traffic congestion, and improve the overall transportation experience within the municipality.
Further updates will be communicated in due course.
Thank you.
