The father of “Sweet Pola,” the young sensation behind the viral Kakalika dance trend, has urged parents to support their children’s passions.
Speaking with Fante Quo,o on Kessben Drive, he admitted that he was initially hesitant about his son’s interest in dance. “At first, I didn’t want him to dance,” he revealed, explaining that he had concerns about the stability and future prospects of such a path.
However, after witnessing his son’s dedication, talent, and growing recognition, his perspective changed. “I later realized this is what he truly loves and is gifted at. I now fully support him,” he said.
The proud father emphasized that many children possess unique talents that may not align with traditional expectations. He encouraged parents to remain open-minded and nurturing. “Every child has something special. As parents, we should guide them, not limit them,” he added.
