Donald Trump Must Understand Iran Cannot Be Easily Defeated – Dr. Nana Mireku
Story: Maurice Otoo

A political analyst, Dr. Nana Mireku, has cautioned that U.S. President Donald Trump must understand that defeating Iran will not be easy despite the ongoing military tensions involving the United States and Israel.
According to Dr. Mireku, although the United States and Israel currently appear to have the upper hand militarily, Iran remains a formidable force with the capacity to resist sustained attacks. Speaking on Kessben Maakye,
he explained that the ongoing missile exchanges between the parties demonstrate the complexity of the conflict and highlight Iran’s preparedness to defend itself.
Dr. Mireku further noted that Iran has been preparing for potential military confrontations for many years, strengthening its defense systems and strategic capabilities.
He stressed that while the United States and Israel may have advanced military technology, underestimating Iran could lead to prolonged conflict with significant regional consequences.
The analyst added that global powers and international institutions must work towards diplomatic solutions to prevent further escalation in the Middle East, warning that continued hostilities could destabilize the region and affect the global economy most especially Africa.
He concluded that the situation requires careful international engagement to avoid a full-scale war.
