3 separate research studies concluded that the candidate was never the reason why we lost the 2024 elections – Hon Asenso Boakye, Bantama MP
Hon. Francis Asenso Boakye, Member of Parliament for Bantama, has shared insights from three independent research studies that, he says, concluded the candidate was not the reason the New Patriotic Party (NPP) lost the 2024 general elections.
Appearing on Kessben FM with host Wofa Kofi Appiah, Hon. Asenso Boakye explained that the studies analyzed voter behavior, campaign dynamics, and broader socio-economic factors.
According to him, all three research efforts found no evidence to support claims that the party’s 2024 flagbearer was the primary cause of the electoral defeat.
Hon. Asenso Boakye emphasized that the findings instead pointed to a combination of external and structural factors, such as economic headwinds, communication gaps, and shifts in voter expectations, as more significant influences on the election outcome.
