Former Gold Fields Executive Veep Urges Leaders to Embrace Humility

Mr. Alfred Baku, Former Executive Vice President and Head of Gold Fields West Africa, has emphasized the importance of humility in leadership, advising modern-day leaders to prioritize serving others. He delivered this message as the guest speaker at the 2nd Annual Bible Camp Meeting of Church of Christ Damang Tarkwa, held at the Damang Church of Christ.
Speaking on the topic “The Role Of Leadership And The 21ST Century Preacher In The Church”, Mr. Baku stressed that leaders should focus on spiritual growth and community development, citing biblical examples of humble servants who made significant impacts.
