The gifts people give to you, if they do not give it to you, no one can arrest them, so learn to be grateful – Rev Vincent Kankam (Sofo Kankam)

Popular radio preacher and motivational speaker Rev. Vincent Kankam has advised the public to cultivate gratitude and avoid a sense of entitlement, especially when it comes to gifts and acts of generosity.
Speaking on his show on Kessben FM, the reverend emphasized that gifts are voluntary and should never be demanded or expected.
According to Rev. Kankam, no one can be arrested or punished for choosing not to give a gift, no matter the circumstance. He explained that gifts are expressions of goodwill, not obligations, and therefore recipients must learn to appreciate whatever they receive without complaint or resentment.
He encouraged listeners to focus on thankfulness rather than comparison or pressure, noting that an ungrateful attitude can damage relationships and inner peace.
Rev. Kankam urged people to value contentment and humility, stressing that gratitude opens doors to blessings, while entitlement often leads to disappointment and conflict.
