Speaking at the launch in Accra, the Managing Director of Ghana Post, Madam Rita Sraha said the promotion have a created the needed opportunity for Ghanaians and institutions to channel their deliveries and parcels such as gifts, hampers, among others during the festive seasons. According to her, the company have put in place smart structures and the logistics including motor bikes to fast track the movement of packages in a timely manner to the satisfaction of customers and clients, adding that the season is to engage them towards the growth of the company during the festive season ‘’As Ghanaians prepares for the Christmas festivities, the company have also prepare fervently to provide all support to meet the needs and services of customers in the bid to forge closer ties with new stakeholders for a long-lasting working relationship’’, she said. In a related development, Ghana Post used the occasion to celebrate its Christmas carols service amidst songs and praises in a joyful mood following a year of dedication and hard work towards the growth and development of the company and the nation at large. The carol service came along with the singing of hymns about Christmas and reading from the gospels telling the Christmas story to the admiration of all who participated in the event.
