The young girls, who had aspired to serve Ghana with honor, courage, and dedication, had their futures cut short due to negligence and lack of care. Their aspirations, potential, and dreams were extinguished in an instant, leaving behind grieving families and a nation in shock.

“The pain, the trauma, and the loss are palpable, and it’s hard to comprehend how something like this could happen in a country that’s supposed to value life,” Minister Isaac writes.
