State Housing Company Ltd Launches Revenue Mobilization Campaign to Recover Outstanding Client Obligations

The State Housing Company Limited (SHC) has launched a nationwide Revenue Mobilization Campaign to recover outstanding client obligations and strengthen its financial base. The campaign, which runs from November 3 to December 31, 2025, offers a 15% discount on all outstanding fees owed if clients settle their debt in full. These were made known by the Managing Director Mr John Sherrif Bawah on Monday November 3 at the headquarters in Accra.
Background
The SHC, Ghana’s No. 1 Builder, has been delivering quality, affordable homes and building sustainable communities across the country for almost seven decades. However, the company faces challenges due to unpaid financial obligations by some clients, which affects its operations and ability to deliver on Ghana’s housing promise.
Discount Offer
The 15% discount applies to various categories of payment, including:
Ground rent
Land regularization
Consents to develop, assign, mortgage, and gift
Lease renewal
Service charges and arrears
Convenience and Innovation
The SHC is set to launch its 24-hour Premium and Express Service Centre before the end of the year, providing fast, reliable, and customer-friendly service for all payments, documentation, and client support.
Fairness and Enforcement
The company urges clients to take advantage of the discount period and avoid administrative and legal actions after the deadline. Once the window closes on December 31, 2025, the SHC will resume applying full penalties, interests, and enforcement measures to recover unpaid obligations.

The SHC calls on all homeowners, landowners, and clients to act now and settle their outstanding financial obligations. Every payment made strengthens the company’s capacity to build more homes, maintain ownership of existing estates, and create jobs within the housing value chain.
